- Project Description: Renovation of 1st floor Administration Building. The scope of work includes the following: Demolition of existing interior partitions, flooring, ceilings, and finishes. New layout and framing for the financial aid and welcome center, new finishes including poured terrazzo, carpet and tile, plastic laminate millwork as well as solid surface tops (including quartz), and redesign of the existing mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing system.
